Our headquarters here in the Dominican Republic is in Sousa and gives our clients a local point of contact. A Dominican based person will handle your inquiries for any aspect of your order, including after sales service and warranty issues. We are a direct sales company. Whenever possible one of our sales representatives will arrange an appointment to visit your location and assist you through the product selection, quotation, order, and contract and delivery stages of the process. After sales service and warranty issues are handled through our main office.
Our company’s second office in China is responsible for processing and monitoring your order from the formal quotation stage onward. They confirm production schedules, monitor quality control during production, inspect goods, packaging, container loading and order accuracy, arrange container transportation from factory to port, Chinese customs clearance, pre-book cargo space and transport to the Dominican Republic.

Upon arrival of your order here in the Dominican Republic our Team (Main Office, customs broker, freight forwarder, inbound trucking transportation) fulfill all requirements and documentation necessary to process, pay duty and taxes, clear customs, and transport your order to your designated location.
Your sales representative will be present when your order is delivered. They will assist you with your goods inspection, supervise off loading your goods and confirm order accuracy.
